Hollister
This gelding is professionally owned and trained. He has been jumping since February 08, and his first horse show was in June 08. He has moved up from Baby Greens last summer showing in the AA to B level winning very good ribbons, and is doing 3'3" Equitation and jumpers this year, while easily schooling 4 ft. He is a very easy keeper, does not need lunging, rides in a simple snaffle, walks in the show ring comfortably with auto changes and very steady canter even if your rider makes big moves. He is very forgiving and has the most wonderful work attitude. He has a long adjustable stride, is easy to bend, and is easy to find a distance on. He is very safe, very well mannered, with tons of heart. He has shown Baby Green through 3' 3" Equitation and jumpers at AA through B circuits and placed well in very big classes. Last year he took 3rd, 4th, 5th in Adult Hunter classes with up to 21 riders at AA "By the Bay" AA show in Traverse City, with an adult who only rode him a few times. Placed 5th, 6th, 7th in Baby Greens out of 17 hunters at Traverse City AA Circuit. Hollister was champion with my 10 yr old daughter who only weighs 72 lb. He placed 5th out of 32 hunters in the first 3' class he had shown in. This horse has unlimited potential and ability that has not been finished off yet. He has several very clean xrays on file and is completely sound. He will easily be able to move up to the 3'9" - 4' level at shows within the year.
